Sweetheart Cherry Pies

 

Ok, I made these this afternoon and they were delicious! I just spread a little whipped cream cheese, gave a generous sprinkle of sugar on top the cream cheese, then topped with very finely chopped strawberries. The one thing I noticed with these, as opposed to the cherries, the strawberries give off more juice if you wait to long to press on the tops. So work quick, enjoy!
