My family LOVES this soup! My boyfriend loves to eat it as leftovers more than the night I cook it. Yumm! I cheat a little and use the Philadelphia cooking cream (Italian and herb) instead of the cheesy yum because my boyfriend is not a fan of ricotta. But add a little mozzarella and it’s fantastic!
